Synopsis
- A documentary Film about the life and work of Laura Perls. She is the confounder of Gestalt Therapy and has deeply influenced its developement until now. The film was produced on the occasion of Lore Perls' centenary (1905 - 1990). Historical documentsand interviews with contemporaries describe her fateful course of life as a Jewish people from Pforzheim and show the origines of Gestalt Therapy as created by Fritz and Lore Perls and acknowledge Laura's determining influence.Comments and examples for the practical application of Gestalt Therapy by Fritz and Lore Perls, a well as by Laura's pupils, demonstrate the Characteristics and Principles of Gestalt Therapy as a method developped from psychoanalysis.
