Synopsis
- Scarcely has the suitor given the father a glimpse of his riches than the latter has forgotten his reservations over the strange man. His daughter, whose motives for wishing redemption for the stranger are considerably less materialistic, finds herself unwittingly betrothed to the man she knows only from her dreams or as a figment of her imagination.
